Question 1

How fast can you close on my house?

Accepted Answer

We can close as fast as 7 days from the time you accept our offer. We work on your timeline — if you need more time, we can close in 30, 60, or even 90 days. You choose the date.

Question 2

Do I need to make repairs before selling?

Accepted Answer

No. We buy houses completely as-is. We handle all repairs after closing at our own expense. You don't need to clean, fix, or stage anything.

Question 3

Are there any fees or commissions?

Accepted Answer

Zero fees, zero commissions, zero closing costs to you. The price we offer is the price you walk away with. There are no hidden deductions.

Question 4

How do you determine your offer price?

Accepted Answer

We look at recent comparable sales in your area, the current condition of the property, and the cost of any repairs needed. We're transparent about our numbers and happy to walk you through our math.

Question 5

What types of properties do you buy?

Accepted Answer

We buy single-family homes, townhouses, condos, multi-family properties, and vacant land across Maryland, Washington DC, and Virginia — in any condition, any situation.

Question 6

Can I sell my house if I'm in foreclosure or behind on payments in Maryland?

Accepted Answer

Yes. If you're behind on mortgage payments or in pre-foreclosure, we can buy your house fast with cash and help you avoid foreclosure and the damage to your credit. We can close in as little as 7 days, pay off what you owe, and put the remaining equity in your pocket. Contact us as early as possible — the sooner you reach out, the more options you have.

Question 7

I inherited a house through probate. Can you buy it?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We regularly buy inherited and probate properties throughout Maryland, DC and Virginia. Whether the home is still in the probate process, has been vacant for years, needs major repairs, or is shared among multiple heirs, we can make a fair cash offer and coordinate the closing around the estate's timeline. We handle the paperwork and can work directly with your attorney or personal representative.

Question 8

Will you buy a distressed, fire-damaged, or hoarder house?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We specialize in distressed properties that other buyers won't touch — fire damage, water damage, mold, foundation issues, structural problems, hoarding situations, code violations, and homes needing major repairs. We buy completely as-is, so you don't spend a dollar on cleanup or repairs. Our offer accounts for the property's current condition.

Question 9

How do I sell an inherited or distressed house fast for cash?

Accepted Answer

Call us at (443) 975-2559 or submit your property address through our form. We'll make a no-obligation cash offer within 24 hours, and if you accept, we can close in 7 days or on your chosen date. There are no fees, no commissions, no repairs, and no clean-out required — you get the full offered amount at closing.
